About

My paintings take inspiration from the broad spectrum of feminine expression, form, and mood from the Dionysian to the stoic, and the evocative to the modest. I create all my work in my wax studio with hot wax, collage, oils, and pan pastels. The surfaces are comprised of scraped, carved, and sculpted photographic reproductions, fibers, and collage to produce the thought-provoking images you see today.
